Miscellaneous this & that..........

Okay so I am a total loser and really need to post something but I really haven't done anything exciting at all. We are headed to Vegas to the Monster Truck finals this weekend so I will finally have something good to post. So I will post a little of this & that.

First off Bostyn got a new four-wheeler and Chevy was trying to teach him how to do wheelies in the front yard. It was so cute he is such a great Dad, but I think Boss is still a little to small to be doing wheelies on a four-wheeler. (You never know with him though he could be doing it next week)

Another fun moment and my husband might kill me for posting these pictures of him on the blog was when he let the kids take the markers to him for about 45 minutes, I totally forgot to get a picture when they were totally done, but he was covered from head to toe.

We also had a surprise 60th birthday party for Chevy's dad and got a picture of the whole family. We had a great time I finally got to meet Chevy's grandma Marjorie, she is such a sweet lady. John (Chevy's Dad) was so suprised, he had no idea we planned a suprise party and was actually mad at us because none of us knew if we should say anything so we all acted dumb when he asked about getting the family together, knowing that we had this suprise party planned.

In the last couple of weeks I have been going through old family pictures and I can't believe how much my Dad and Bostyn look a like as kids. Tell me what you think.

  1. I love the marker tattoo's. What a nice daddy. How long did he have to sit still for that? Bos does look alot like you're dad. How sweet. Have fun in Vegas, don't loose the kids somewhere where they hand out those little 'business cards' if you know what I mean.

  3. Your husband is a super trooper. That's awesome! It says a lot about you as a god and trusting wife/mom to be so calm about your son learning to pop wheelies so soon. I'd be freaking out. (but kids need to learn at some point)

Have fun on your trip! We're goign to Vegas in May for our 5th anniversary and I'm excited for the good weather.
